These hands-on courses are suitable for all participants, from established artists and designers to students and anyone who wants to explore the range of possibilities that engraving can offer.

INTRODUCTION TO ENGRAVING

From 06 October to 15 December 2014 

Hours: Monday to 17.30 20,30h.

Duration: 10 sessions of 3 hours

Students: 12 person maximum. (Minimum age: 12 years)

Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English

Price: € 225

This course introduces the general notions of engraving and printing and then continues with deeper instruction into the various techniques including xilography, linoleography, additive techniques and etching.

 

ENGRAVING ON METAL

From 09 October to 30 October 2014 



Hours: Thursdays from 17.30 to 20,30h.

Duration: 4 sessions of 3 hours

Students: maximum 8 pers. (Minimum age: 14 years)

Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English

Price: 90 €

Addressed to learning techniques of engraving on metal, particularly etching and aquatint.

 

CUSTOMIZE WORKSHOPS

From October the 10th. every Friday you choose



Opening hours: every Friday from 17.30 to 20.30.

Students: 12 person maximum. (Minimum age: 16 years)

Use of facilities: 20 €/day

Use of facilities + specialized support:  30 €/day

Special package price for 4 days/month: 60 €/month

Special package price for 4 days for those who are attending courses: 40 €/month

L’AUCA will be opened every Friday for those who want to engrave, stamp or print personal works or to continue works they have already begun.
